Cha Yen Thai Cookery

I arrived at 7:35 pm to find that my order was not ready. In fact, it was not even started. It was just sitting on their computer screen, and no one looked at it until I arrived. So, I had to wait for 20 minutes while they prepared it, all the while watching other people pick up their orders that they had ordered barely 20 minutes previously. Their food IS wonderful, but there is no point in pre-ordering it.

Loved the food! I ordered vegetarian summer rolls and Penang curry - both were delicious and flavorful. I had also asked for some customizations and the restaurant accommodated fairly well. Delivery was also much earlier than anticipated. Overall, I recommend this place.

My favorite restaurant in the area. Great for dine in, takeout, or delivery.

The food is always fresh, delivered hot, and everything I have ever ordered from Cha Yen has been great.

This is THE BEST Thai food around here. It is so, so good. The food is always prepared to the spice level requested, and the spicy actually means spicy. The rice is perfectly cooked, and the green curry is amazing.

I usually get pick-up but tonight during this major snowstorm, I opted for delivery instead. Excellent service as usual. Driver was quick and incredibly polite. Food was perfect and delicious.

Cant complain. Pad Thai was decent, had a funky odor, but it wasnt a sweetened noodle dish like some other cheap low quality places. Wouldve rather had nuts than the other stuff they put on top, as it was where the funky odor was coming from probably. Ice cream was decent, but tasted more like half & half and ice than rich, creamy ice cream. Food was delivered on time. Fair prices.

Great spot. Fresh ingredients. Feels home-cooked.
